This is an immersion weekend designed for you to learn, experience, and simply receive. We will discuss the role of stress in our lives, and how we can use Yoga Nidra to effectively manage the stressors facing us in the world today. Learn how to create a sacred personal practice, so that Yoga Nidra can become a sanctuary you can retreat to again and again. There is an art to sharing this meditation practice with others, and in Weekend Two we will learn how to effectively transmit Yoga Nidra in a powerful way, so that your students and clients are better able to receive the healing capabilities that this practice is designed for.
