In Module 1, we will focus on what stress is and what the prominent and hidden stressors are.
You will learn what stress truly is, the different types–psychological, sociological, and biological–and how each of those specifically impacts you and your current reality. You will learn to understand and become aware of any counterproductive patterns that have kept you stuck. Each day you will have the opportunity to create lasting change, breaking your cycle once and for all!
Then you’ll learn how the nervous system contributes to your overall balance, be guided through compassionate self analysis, and finally understanding the science of recovery and how to enter the Zero Stress Zone.
Each lecture will be followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep) session, where you’ll focus your intentions on letting go of the habits that have created your current cycle of stress. Each session will relate to the topic covered that day, so by the end of the first week, you’ve addressed all sides of the issue and create balance. Since we know the mind, body and spirit are all connected, this holistic approach will allow you to become empowered in facing the many stressors life has to offer with.
In Module 2, you’ll learn WHY time, energy, and money are such valuable currencies of your life. Just like we manage our finances and don’t drain our our bank accounts, we have to manage our energy and avoid draining our energy reserves. You’ll learn what the 5 Major Energy Drains are and the solution to keeping your energy full in each area. How incredible it will feel to protect and recharge your energy and remain that way!
Then, we’ll focus on the big picture and revitalize the areas of your life that have been starved for attention. How do you want to FEEL? How do you want to BE?
This week, our daily Yoga Nidra sessions will be a little bit longer, as you focus on replenishing and healing your energy.
Now finally, you’ll learn HOW to break the cycle of stress and become free and liberated from old patterns and limiting beliefs. replacing them with habits that elevate you.

In one powerful last ceremony in the center of the healing vortex, we’ll raise the vibration of all of humanity as Women of Power and Purpose. Surrounded by the support and understanding of our newfound circle, we’ll reflect and witness the growth and transformation in each other while supporting women (and men!) around the world.

Certified at the highest level by Yoga Alliance and an Advanced Amrit Method Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Jen also trains others to teach yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra. Previously an elementary teacher, Jen has a simple way of explaining even the most advanced concepts and is passionate about sharing the benefits of these practices that can provide such depth and satisfaction to our lives.

Yes! This will be recorded–don’t fret if you can’t come to some of the live sessions. You’ll be able to keep up with the course on your own time if you need to.
After {6 months before the trip}, any cancellation will result in a total loss of your $500 USD deposit. Any cancellation made between: {2-4 months} will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: {1 months before the trip} and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.

Without a doubt, one of the best times to visit these beautiful Red Rocks is during October and November. During the fall, the weather in Sedona is mild and enjoyable, and there are considerably fewer people out on the trails.

Credible research shows, for example, that cows cause more CO2 “emissions” than cars or plane travel.
We recommend that you use a carbon footprint calculator to see your personal impact and reduce your emissions as you can. You can also participate in offsetting your carbon footprint by donating to or getting involved with environmental organizations you trust or well-recognized organizations that list certified and verified carbon offsetting projects. Every little act we take can make a difference and we appreciate your concern and awareness.
