Our Journey Together
Day 1
Here at the NuLemurian Heart Center, you know in the center of your being that you landed on a sacred land and are exactly where you need to be in this moment. You can slow down and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Ahhhh… you have arrived and all the worries and hassles of your busy life are left behind. You can feel the comfort and the nurturance of this sacred land, its delicious food prepared with pure love and anticipation in your heart of the magic ahead of you.
We gather for our opening circle to give our bodies and minds this time to arrive and ground as we relax with gentle yoga and Yoga Nidra. As you sit in a circle with other beautiful women in the candle-lit Crystal Hall, you open your pure hearts to receive the intention for your time in Sedona.
Synchronicities are starting to happen as you see each woman here reflecting the truth that you already know in your heart. This beautiful circle of sisters is here to support and see the pure light and goodness in you. You feel this deep trust and readiness in your bones of saying “I am ready to awaken my divine gifts to share with others”.
Day 2
Today our sacred sisterhood will call in the intention of self-love and activation of the trust in our feminine body’s wisdom. We will start the day with basking in the glorious and luminous rays of rising sun to receive activation of the vibrant life force energy, to open intuition and to connect with your True Self.
With this awakening, lifetime of hurts, trauma, past mistakes, wounds and disappointments will begin melting away in the presence of the sacred sisterhood circle and unconditional love.
We continue with relaxing our bodies and minds with a special Women’s Temple pleasure body activation ritual followed by Goddess lunch to awaken your senses and the permission to experience pleasure.
In the afternoon, we connect more fully with the Divine Energy flow of your creativity, inspiration, and empowerment while getting clarity of manifestation of your intuitive gifts through drawing your owns Earth Mandala directly on one of the energy vortexes. Over the course of these 5 days, you mandala will support you at a deep level to trust your gifts.
Day 3
Now it’s time to align our body, mind and spirit with that channel to divine feminine and masculine energies and your 4 birthrights: Freedom, Purpose, Abundance and Pleasure.
In order to access this divine flow of energy to express your gifts with the world, we got to release the blocks – fear of being judged, fear of being seen, fear of failure or success, and the vows to be perfect and invisible.
It’s time to make an energetic imprint and sync your soul with your life so you have access to your own inner wisdom and guidance at any time!
We allow the water element to help us shed the old skin and release the old outdated patterns with the cleansing ritual in the Oak Creak, so you can step fully into the powerful presence as a healer.
After this deep inner alchemy, you’ll have plenty of time to integrate the experiences and journal about your insights. You can now feel the palpable shift and the vision of your empowered purpose.
Day 4
Just imagine being free of your past, of fears, insecurities and shame, of traumatic experiences, and now you have the freedom to simply be happy and in love with life for no reason. Ahhhhhh!
Today you’ll drop into your newfound mastery of intent – discovering how you can connect to your unique life force and direct it into your life to express yourself confidently and creatively, stepping fully into your power and divine purpose.
We’ll go on a sacred walk through the Chartres Labyrinth, which is a metaphor for your life’s path. As you walk, you will see your old limiting beliefs and obstacles falling away as you start to feel lighter in your body and mind and clearer about your heart’s calling. You will be leaving behind all that stands in the way of you shining your bright light that the world needs more than ever.
In the center of the labyrinth, we will anchor our new dreams for ourselves and the world, then commit to taking action when we return home from the place of confidence and knowing of our Divine Purpose.
Day 5
In our last morning ritual, we will anchor in the ultimate knowing and believe of who we are as intuitive healers and light workers. We will have our last Women’s Temple ritual where we will receive the blessings from the sisters on this journey who will give you a sacred spiritual name reflecting and reminding you of your gifts that are at your natural core.
As we part, we’ll pack our deepened connection to our intuition and healing abilities and leave feeling confident in our ability to create healing shifts in every aspect of our life and sacred work.

About Yulia
I have led hundreds of clients and students on deeply healing inward journeys and retreats and am always amazed by the power of the healing wisdom that is activated during each session that leads to miracles in people’s lives.
My spiritual path began when I found myself deeply depressed and miserable, in a heart-breaking relationship, despite of all of the external successes of pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry, working in the most prestigious lab making drugs for diabetes when I was in my early 30s.
After failing my qualifying exams, I was devastated. This led to finding a place that brought me peace and a feeling of coming home – yoga and meditation practice.
Already having a taste of the liberating feeling I experienced with yoga, I blindly followed my heart to embark on a yoga teacher’s training with the world-renowned yoga master Yogi Amrit Desai at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Florida.
The spiritual rabbit hole I fell into lead to life-changing heart-opening experiences and awakening of powerful energy that I never knew was inside of me.
It was an accelerated journey of healing of my childhood wounds and for the first time in my life learning to trust my heart and my healing gifts that had been hiding behind doubts, insecurities and self-judgement.
After opening Gentle Heart Yoga and Wellness in 2014, I have been dedicating my life to supporting other people in developing trust in the healing wisdom of their body and breath and uncovering the place within them that is pure happiness, bliss, and wholeness.
It is my passion to help people reconnect to sacred heart and align with their soul’s true purpose. In the processes I guide my clients and students through, they learn how to accept themselves and to be liberated from insecurities and judgments and have a direct embodied experience of Divine Love.
I lead Women’s Yoga Circles and teach workshops and trainings, including a professional certification of Yoga Nidra (sleep-based meditation technique) aimed at helping people reconnect with the Source of unconditional peace and Love available to us all.

We will be an intimate group of maximum twenty three women. This is intentional for me to be able to spend maximum amount of intimate time with you as well as to allow for our group to really get to know one another and to work together.
A $500 deposit is required at time of registration to hold your place. Deposit is non-refundable. In case of a cancelation before August 15, 2021, the deposit can be applied for another retreat or repurposed for another service with Gentle Heart Yoga and Wellness within 1 year. Any cancellation made between August 15 and October 15, 2021 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made between October 16, 2021 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancelation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard insurance online and choose from several policy options.
Final payment due: September 15, 2021. Last minute registrations may be accepted (provided space is still available) and they must be paid in full upon registration with no refund for cancellation.
You will be sharing a room with 1 or 2 other women. If you would like to choose who you will stay with, please indicate it in your registration form and we will put the two of you in one room.
Don’t know anyone – no problem, so many women will be looking for a roommate and we love that! You can start making connections and meet amazing healer-women in our private group created just for women who attend this retreat. Simply post in “Trust Your Gifts: Retreat in Sedona for Healers” Facebook Group and we bet you’ll get LOTS of women wanting to share a room with you.
Absolutely! Angel Valley kitchen are happy to meet your needs, including but not limited to: vegetarian, Kosher, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and more! You will receive a questionary ahead of time where you will be able to indicate your dietary needs.
Sedona is in the dessert where it can get cold at night and very hot during the day. In November, the average low temperature is 41 F during the night and the average high temperature is 68 F during the day. Without a doubt, one of the best times to visit these beautiful Red Rocks is during October and November. During the fall, the weather in Sedona is mild and enjoyable.
At the Angel Valley, the beautiful Oak Creak runs through the property where you will be able to see beautiful colors of deciduous trees accentuating the beauty of red rocks and the flowing pure water of the creek. The most magical location for taking pictures with your beautiful self during sunset to reflect your inner and outer beauty.

We’ll be sending out a more detailed “Don’t Forget Me List” a month before your departure.
We deeply believe in caring for Mother Earth and that each of us has the responsibility to consciously live in harmony with the planet, as best we can. This includes looking at how we eat, heat our homes, vacation, commute and travel. That’s why we support holistically looking at climate change and where we can reduce our CO2 emissions. Credible research shows, for example, that cows cause more CO2 “emissions” than cars or plane travel.
We recommend that you use a carbon footprint calculator to see your personal impact and reduce your emissions as you can. You can also participate in offsetting your carbon footprint by donating to or getting involved with environmental organizations you trust or well-recognized organizations that list certified and verified carbon offsetting projects. Every little act we take can make a difference and we appreciate your concern and awareness.
