⦁ Payment Plan: Deposit of $500 to hold your space plus 4 monthly payments of $600.

⦁ After your registration, you will get an invitation to schedule your 1:1 Clarity Call with Yulia to set your powerful intentions for the retreat

⦁ There is a small number of private rooms available. If you prefer reserving a single room, after your registration you will have an option to upgrade to a single room for an additional charge.

Our Cancellation Policy

$500 Deposit is non-refundable. In case of a cancellation before July 10, 2022, the deposit can be applied for another retreat or repurposed for another program or service with Gentle Heart Yoga & Wellness within 1 year. Any cancellation made between July 11 and August 10, 2022 will result in a loss of 50% of the retreat price. Any cancellation made between August 11, 2022 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance.

Final Payment Due: September 10, 2022. Last minute registrations may be accepted (provided space is still available), and they must be paid in full upon registration with no refunds for cancellation.
